    • Deposits on software with no scheme record
    • Deposits on scheme with no software record
    • Tenancies closed on scheme but active on software
    • Deposit value differences
    • Lead tenant name mismatches
    • Late registrations
    • Deposit cap breaches

The TDA Risk Assessment is a free, light-touch review designed to provide an initial sense check of your deposit records and processes. This is similar to a light credit check, helping you understand whether there are indicators of risk or whether a full audit may be advisable. There is no obligation to proceed to a full audit, and the Risk Assessment is handled with the same level of confidentiality.
